Jared's Balls

here has been lots of speculation about waht these balls are and i clarify that they are not in any way part of my body
They are beef balls.
These past few days, beginning with the dinner at B&G i've been trying to create the ultimate ball. No, not the kind you buy pre frozen in packets in Supabarn. i'm talking about REAL balls, with fillings inside, or superb flavours and stuff.
So far i've already created
cheese balls
veggie balls
chive balls
mashed potato balls
banana balls
tomato balls
So far the best mixture i have perfected is Jared's Secret Balls, of which one of the ingredients is Sesame and Fish sauce flavoured chives. The other ingredients are secret.
But the result is amazing. So amazing, that i got a little ahead of myself and tried to recreate Kim Gary's fa
mous beef rice with cheese. Unfortunately i didnt have a steam bamboo cooker, so the end looked a bit err, microwaved.
But it still tasted good =) I'll stop experimenting for now, have lots of lovely meat to finish! Signing off
